| With the rapid development of offshore oil and gas industry,especially the drilling rig in the coastal waters,the extraction of oil field and the safety of ship navigation contradictions increasingly prominent.The ship crashed the drilling rig will lead to serious consequences,because domestic to the safe distance of drilling rig and customary route no corresponding regulation and standard can refer to at present.Therefore,it is necessary to quantify the drilling rig and customary route,so that is able to provide theoretical data to support drilling rig design and navigation experts evaluate designing scheme,make the route optimization,protect the safety of ships and drilling rig s and make the full use of the Marine resources.This article uses the ship domain model for research.In this paper,writer has studied and analyzed the existing ship models.Fujii model is suitable for the narrow waters or good navigation environment,smooth without fan boundary in the field of circular model is suitable for the open waters,or sailing in the rough conditions,these two models can cover most of the navigation conditions,so we focus on Fujii model range with smooth without fan boundary in the field of circular model to study.For Fujii model,Based on the MATLAB simulation calculation,the minimum safe distance map of various ship types is obtained.For smooth without fan boundary in the field of circular model,establishing its mathematical model,quantitating the parameters of mathematical methods of and deducing its calculation formula,based on the simulation calculation,the minimum safe navigation distance of different ship’s range is obtained.Results show that when the ship under the influence of natural factors such as wind and current,the minimum safe navigation distance certain changes will happen.When meet one of the conditions of the ship is located in the narrow waters,sailing environment is good,knowing the specific length of the ship,Fujii model algorithm can be used for vessel driver to provide the reference and the suggestion of a shorter safe distance.When meet one of the conditions of the ship located in open waters,sailing in tough conditions,the specific length of the ship unknown,smooth without fan boundary in the field of circular model algorithm can be used to obtain the minimum navigation distance not only for safety but also for economy.In this model the minimum safety distance is longer than Fujii model’s distance,but in order to ensure the safety,is also a safe choice.This paper can play a role of reference of drilling rig channel planning in the near future. |
