Research On Navigation In The Bridge Area Of Heilongjiang River

Reform and opening up 30 years,with the support of giving priority to the development of national transportation policy,our country transportation enterprise obtained the considerable development,and roads,railways,commercial aviation and the marine transportation have made achievements that caught worldwide attention.National highway network,railway network,shipping network form basically,the integrated transportation's superiority obtains the full display,transport on the economic and social development bottleneck restriction has now been eliminated initially.In inland navigable waters,the cross river bridges connecting the river on both sides rapid growth in quantity.While,the bridges facilitate people at a convenient travel,also have a negative influence inevitably to the inland river navigation environment.In order to minimize the bridges' negative impact of the environment and protect the ships' safe navigation,it's an essential work that in view of the proposed bridge on the environmental impact of shipping to carry out analytical studies in the Feasibility study stage of the bridge construction.In recent years,due to the number of river vessels increasing,the density of navigable waters of ships increased year by year.After the completion of the bridge,in the bridge area's navigation supervisory management,for the sake of leading vessels in safety,science,celerity,and to ensure the ship navigation safety and bridge safety,analysis of bridge traffic environment,grasp the dynamics of the bridge and its influencing factors,the bridge area navigation-related research is very necessary.In this paper,under the Heilongjiang River bridge basic information,analysis of the bridge area of the vessel bump bridge accident cases in previous years,through theoretical research of the navigation environment in bridge areas,study on the bridge navigation dimension,the mathematical model for navigation breath is set up,which provides the foundation of ship collision avoidance in bridge area.From the Heilongjiang River navigable environment's reality,on the fundamental analysis of the paper,the safety navigation parameters are proposed by calculation in the basis of mathematical model.An effective method for navigation in curving river-way bridge areas is proposed in the paper,which provides the important reference to optimize the bridge pier's location,and also provides the operation procedure for the ship pilots in the inland river navigation.
