Research On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of The Beautiful Countryside Effectiveness Based On Tourism Development

The eighteen National Congress of the CPC put forward the "Beautiful Chinese"construction idea,bring new development direction for the construction of new countryside.Nanjing seize the opportunity,with the development of rural tourism as the background,with Jiangning,Gaochun,Lishui,Liuhe,Pukou as the demonstration area,to carry out the construction of beautiful countryside activities.There are also some problems in good economic,environmental and social benefits at the same time.In this paper,the’Nanjing farmhouse tourism Demonstration Villages’ were investigated.Through collecting,sorting,consult,summarizing a large number of literature,author understand the development status of the basic content and the goal of the construction of the beautiful countryside and the present stage of rural tourism,and using the scientific method to build the related evaluation system,to make analysis of the beautiful countryside selected demonstration of Nanjing by qualitative and quantitative and put forward the related the optimization strategy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The paper chooses Nanjing city beautiful countryside construction--the main types of farmhouse tourism demonstration village for research evaluation based on a comprehensive understanding and grasp the beautiful countryside and rural tourism development present situation of Nanjing.Typical cases include:Concave Taoyuan,Yangliu village,Da Tangjin,Stone Ponds&Family,Huanglong Xian,Machang Shan,Zhumen,Dashan village,Cove village,Oizumi People.The research content mainly includes:rural landscape,landscape transformation,environmental status,business services supporting the farmhouse tourism services,tourism product development,the development of modern agriculture,infrastructure construction,management system construction and so on.Author analyses landscape attraction,economic vitality,tourism supporting force,tourism additional force to construct evaluation system of the beauty countryside(farmhouse tourism village)based on the tourism development.Combining application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as evaluation method,introducing the field survey data and other related data,the make the comprehensive evaluation of Nanjing rural tourism demonstration village.The results show the good results the of farmhouse tourism demonstration village construction in Nanjing.In the study of 10 cases,there are three villages in good construction level,Da Tangjin,Huanglong Xian,Dashan village.There are four villages in the medium construction level,Machang Shan,Oizumi People,Stone Ponds&Family,Cove village.Three villages construction level is slightly lower,Concave Taoyuan,Zhumen,Yangliu village.Analysis shows that,the construction of demonstration village case that is good,mainly in the good natural environment and village landscape,supporting sightseeing agriculture industry,perfect infrastructure facilities,tourism services and other aspects of the project.The problems of the demonstration construction effective that is low,mainly in the environment landscape and the operation of project quality due to poor management,no obvious characteristics of rural tourism,single tourism projects,poor project actual participation,lack of agricultural landscape and so on.At the end of the thesis,author put forward optimized suggestions from 5 aspects,balancing development,optimizing rural landscape layout,promoting the construction of modern agriculture,strengthening the country and culture expression,improving the management system.
