Study On Life Cycle Management Strategy Of 220kV Circuit Breaker

In order to effectively extend the service life of power equipment,so that the maximum value of investment,the paper to Wuzhou Power Supply Bureau to transform 220kV high voltage circuit breaker project as the object of the Council 220kV circuit breaker equipment management status of the whole life cycle management strategy.In this paper,by collecting and analyzing the data of monitoring,testing and overhauling,the 220kV breaker is analyzed comprehensively and the cause of the fault is pointed out.Then the key problems and technical improvement methods in 220kV circuit breaker life cycle management are extracted.Cycle management theory,the circuit breaker in the maintenance and renovation of the life cycle costs were predicted.Finally,the suggestions and suggestions are put forward for the life cycle management of 220kV circuit breaker.The main works are as follows:(1)The theory of life cycle management of electric equipment is discussed,including the theory of asset life cycle management,equipment maintenance,project cost estimation method,mutual exclusion project cost optimization principle,etc.(2)The status quo,main problems and improving direction of the management of high voltage circuit breakers in Wuzhou Power Supply Bureau are analyzed.(3)Combining with the actual situation of the project,the study on 220kV HV circuit-breakers repairing strategy,including 220kV high-voltage circuit-breaker fixed-check and maintenance data statistical analysis;220kV high-voltage circuit breaker defect statistical analysis;determine high-voltage circuit breaker operation and maintenance key points;The whole life cycle management of 220kV high voltage circuit breaker is evaluated.The conclusions are as follows:(1)high quality equipment manufacturing process,the purchase of funds to spend higher,but then put the human and physical costs are relatively lower.If the equipment in the power system as the key equipment,is more important,select the better performance of equipment,life cycle investment is more appropriate.(2)The development of equipment operation and maintenance strategy is conducive to the detection of equipment status,carry out state assessment,equipment potential hidden trouble or failure,to discover some shortcomings of equipment or design defects,risk assessment,targeted countermeasures,The implementation of control measures to improve the equipment life cycle management level.
