The Research On Planning And Construction Management Of Phase ? Of Orchid Species Special Plant Garden Project In Qing Xiu Shan Scenic Spot Of Nanning

With the rapid development of social productivity and the rise of people's living standard,urban Greenland carries more functions.Special plant garden,an important development direction of city park,has spread its service object from professional researchers to citizens.Guangxi is one of the provinces with the most natural distribution of orchid species in China,but is lack of orchid plant garden construction for a long time.The successful completion and operation of Phase I of Orchid Species Special Plant Garden Project in Nanning Qing Xiu Shan Scenic Spot in September 2014,has filled a number of gaps of the same industry within and outside Guangxi Province and caused society's strong repercussion.But through the field survey,some shortcomings were found in the project.Based on the analysis of the 4 basic functions of special plant garden,and from the point of project management,this paper analyzes the reasons of imperfect function and unstandardized construction in the process of completion and operation of the project.By using the core technology of project scope management and schedule management,the paper puts forward the construction optimization plan and implementation countermeasure for the Phase II of Orchid Species Special Plant Garden Project in the scenic spot.By improving the management level of Phase II of Orchid Species Special Plant Garden Project,the construction project goal can be better achieved,to the expected construction results.The application of project management theory to standardize the implementation process of the project will provide reference for other landscape projects in the future,and it has great significance to improve the management level of other urban park landscape projects in Nanning.
