Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Nanning Qingxiushan Scenic Spot Orchid Garden

Today,more and more people focus on Botanical garden(including specific categorized plants gardens)which is an important part of urban park green space system and a symbol of urban civilization,specific categorized plants garden shave increasingly become the focus of people's attention.With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of landscape architecture,specific categorized plants gardens are in the ascendant.But,there are few reports on the evaluation of special categorized plants gardens,Therefore choose Nanning Qing Xiu Shan Tourist Attraction Orchid garden as the object of study.POE was used to evaluate the utilization of orchid garden,Construct POE index system,Analyze the main problems of the Orchid garden and put forward the optimization strategy,It provides scientific basis and practical reference for the planning and construction of orchid garden renovation,maintenance and management,other Specific Categorized Plants Garden in Nanning Qing Xiu Shan Tourist Attractionand subtropical cities.Based on the post occupancy evaluationtheory and methods,this paper adopts the methods of field survey,questionnaire survey,interview survey,chart and so on,Conduct statistics on the basic information of users of orchid garden,The satisfaction and importance of 26 factors were analyzed by using Richter scale and analytic hierarchy process.The results are as follows:1.The investigation and analysis results of users of orchid garden by field survey and questionnaire survey show that: On weekdays,the users of orchid garden are mainly the elderly who do morning exercises and teenagers who participate in science popularization activities,The activities of the elderly are mainly around the pavilions and corridors,and the activities of the youth are mainly on the lawn.On weekends and holidays,most tourists go with their families and friends,mainly for sightseeing and sightseeing.2.The Richter scale was used to analyze users' satisfaction with 26 factors of orchid garden.The results showed that:Natural landscape,plant quantity,plant species,water landscape and plant color are the five factors of high satisfaction;Barrier-free facilities,distribution of trash cans,distribution of toilets,commercial services and tourist goods were the five factors of low satisfaction.3.The importance of 26 factors in orchid garden was analyzed and evaluated by analytic hierarchy process:Cultural atmosphere,popular science education activities,overall impression of landscape,plant color,accessibility are five more important factors;Pavilion and corridor distribution,timely guidance of staff,pavement,business services,tourism commodities are the five less important factors.4.Comprehensive analysis of 26 evaluation factors shows that: Among the26 evaluation factors,7 belong to the dominant area,3 to the repair area,9 to the opportunity area and 7 to the maintenance area.The evaluation factors of repair area and opportunity area should be improved to improve user satisfaction.Finally,according to the survey results and comprehensive analysis,the characteristics and problems of the use of Orchid garden were summarized,and optimization Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving cultural construction,strengthening popular science education,improving supporting facilities and service quality.It provides reference for the use and planning of orchids and other Specific Categorized Plants Gardens.
