With the increasing demand for large-spaced buildings in the society,many high-rises appear in our life.In order for the shape of a building stands out from the rest,most of them are designed with cantilever structures.A cantilever formwork is set up for the construction of the cast-in-place cantilever structure.However,China does not have much research on the technology and management of cantilever formwork.Moreover,the national norms,standards and procedures which are currently used to guide the framework support system do not have a standard for the high-altitude cantilever structure formwork support system.A calculation model or basis for cantilever support is not proposed either.Thus,there is no consistent or unified opinion for cantilever formwork supports system.Firstly,this paper provides the research situation on the construction safety of formwork and management theories in China and foreign countries,and then it analyzes the safety situation of the cantilever formwork construction in our country while the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of accident causing theory are compared.Combining the characteristics of the cantilever formwork construction and the main responsibility of its construction safety behavior,we used the 4M theory to analyze the reasons that cause safety accidents during cantilever formwork construction.In this paper,we obtained the factors influencing the 4M construction safety accident through a summary,and further analyzed the law of the influence,including factors related to human,objects,methods and environment,on the occurrence of safety accidents in the cantilever formwork construction.After that,the construction process and the factors affecting the safety of the construction of cantilever formwork were combined.We used the method of WBS-RBS to intersect the two factors in order to set up a safety evaluation index matrix for identifying the construction safety.In addition,the safety evaluation index was selected to establish the safety evaluation index system of cantilever formwork construction.Then,it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the appraisal model of cantilever formwork construction safety.Finally,this paper shows a case example of the cantilever formwork engineering of Tian Zhu Sai Na.I invited experts to provide an evaluation of its construction safety evaluation index and index membership rate.It will calculate and evaluate the safe level of the project through the cantilever formwork construction safety evaluation model.Furthermore,a clear and rational understanding of cantilever formwork construction safety will be achieved.
