With the breakthrough of the aerospace domain,Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic(CFRP)and its laminated materials have gradually been the preferred choice,especially in the Military and civilian aspects with a wide prospect.In order to meet the requirement of Manufacturing and assembly,the machining methods such as drilling for this kind of materials are particularly important.However,the defects generated with the drilling process of the laminated materials,especially CFRP,affect the quality of the work pieces,even producing rejections.Therefore,in quest of high-efficiency and high-quality drilling process,improving the working efficiency and reducing the intensity of work,this paper focuses on the drilling process of the CFRP/2024 Al deeply and systematically.First of all,based on studying in the influence factors of quality of drilling for composite and laminated composite material,it is concluded that feed rate is the most important factor affecting the quality of drilling.This paper proposes drilling plan to pre-buried carbon nanotubes thin film sensors in composite laminated plate,changing feed rate timely according to the bit position,and controlling the quality of drilling.And then,this paper researches mechanism process of helical milling,compares milling with drilling of laminated material,analysis of material removal mode in milling and drilling of composite materials,and furtherly obtains advantages and disadvantages of technology of milling and drilling in processing quality,axial force.Once again,for the hole quality evaluation system on laminated materials drilling,after comprehensive analysis of the factors impact the quality of composite drilling holes,the comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy theory has been established.Effectiveness of the proposed model has verified through experiment.In the end,combining with previous experiments of large number of historical data,the relationship between drilling parameters and drilling quality has been analyzed in the form of a function through the Origin fitting method.Factors database of drilling evaluation for hole quality are initially established based on fitting function,so as to realize the choice of parameters and the scheme evaluation in advance.
