| In recent years,metro construction in major cities in China has developed rapidly,at the end of 2015,35 cities has carried out subway construction,reaching 3790 km.At the same time,in the process of subway construction,the third-party liability compensation accidents caused by the construction settlement of the surrounding buildings,underground pipeline damage,road collapse,non-engineering casualties and material losses also increased.The study of the third party liability risk assessment and insurance underwriting in the subway construction are researched.First of all,the third-party liability accidents in subway construction caused huge insurance underwriting problems.According to the problems,the mechanism of the accident was studied by collecting and analyzing the third-party liability accidents happened in the civil engineering construction of metro.Secondly,12 subway lines in 8 cities was surveyed,the opinions of many experts were consulted.Based on the geological conditions,construction methods and surrounding environment,the third-party liability risk factors of the subway civil engineering were identified and analyzed.The third-party liability risk evaluation index system for civil construction of metro was established by means of accident reason deduction.Then,the mathematical model of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed on the basis of values of each index weighted through AHP and L-R fuzzy membership function.Besides the insurance rate was adjusted on the basis of risk assessment results.Finally,based on the research the third-party liability risk evaluation of the north extension project of Fangshan line of Beijing metro was evaluated and the adjustment suggestions of insurance rate,liability limit and deductible were given. |
