Take a broad view of the moment,with the rapid development of maritime transport,marine economy has entered the time of prosperity and development,has brought tremendous material wealth and convenient way of our lives.In contrast,we are also facing more and more maritime accidents,directly or indirectly to the human beings have brought huge losses,whether in the economy,personal safety,or in the environment and other aspects.The voice is the most convenient means for human communication,everyone’s voice has certain characteristics,usually through the maritime distress after the human cries for help,so we can recognize the voice of the people to determine whether there was a call for help.In this paper,by analyzing and extracting the typical sound of the sea,three parameters,Mel frequency cepstrum parameter,shorttime energy and short-time zero crossing rate.On the basis of extracting the sound characteristics,this paper gives the overall design scheme of the maritime search and rescue system.First of all,through the microphone on the sea complex environmental sounds were collected,and then processing the collected voice through the amplifying and filtering circuit,and finally through high precision A/D analog into the microcontroller,it can be identify digital signals transmitted to the main controller.Then the fusion and training to identify the person’s cry for help by BP neural network parameters of sound,it is proved by experiments that the search and rescue instrument can realize the voice of people crying for help.The speech recognition technology and maritime search and rescue system combined by identifying people for help sound to achieve timely and accurately the purpose of maritime search and rescue a victim,and the whole system complex degree is not only small,but also lower cost and better recognition effect,it improves the capacity and efficiency of maritime search and rescue greatly.
