With the rapid development of the shipping industry in recent years,the maritime traffic situation has become extremely complicated.Maritime traffic accidents caused by various reasons occur frequently,which pose a great threat to the safety of maritime personnel.In order to better guarantee the safety of maritime personnel,this paper designs a personal maritime search and rescue system based on AIS technology.The system can accurately obtain the specific location of the person in distress and send it to the control center on the shore,which will arrange a ship to search and rescue based on the information received.The personal maritime search and rescue system designed in this paper consists of two parts: the user terminal and the monitoring center.By analyzing the actual needs of the system,the design scheme of the system is proposed according to the relevant standards of AIS technology.Design the system according to the design plan,including hardware design and software design.Hardware design includes chip selection,circuit design and layout,etc.The main control part adopts STM32 series chip.Software design is in Keil development environment,using C language to write the source code,including the acceptance and analysis of positioning information,AIS message coding and sending.In addition,this paper presents an algorithm of search and rescue route design.Based on the basic ant colony algorithm,this algorithm improves the computational efficiency by improving the update strategy of pheromone concentration in ant colony algorithm.At the same time,the path weight related to the falling time is introduced into the algorithm,which makes the algorithm more practical.After testing,the system can automatically send AIS distress information after startup,and this information can be successfully received by the monitoring center and displayed through the display system.The maximum receiving distance can be more than 5 nautical miles,providing strong technical support for the search and rescue work.At the same time,the monitoring center can design reasonable real-time search and rescue routes for search and rescue ships according to the location of each target point,which improves the efficiency of search and rescue.
