With the improvement of productivity and the progress of technology,products become more and more homogeneous,the competition of manufacturing is more and more fierce,and service-oriented transformation has become a trend and a wave.MRO(Maintenance,Repair,Operation and Overhaul)service is a collective name of service activities such as maintenance,repair,overhaul and operation in the middle of the product life cycle.There exist tight data and information association among different life cycle stages and various sub-business processes of MRO service.In recent years,IoT(Internet of Things)technology has been rapidly developed,which has provided preconditions and technical support for the sharing of service data and information.In this thesis,aming at the business contact insufficiency and data inconsistency problems in MRO services for complex equipment,combining with IoT technology,the closed-loop management thought is applied to MRO services for complex equipment,the principle and framework for closed-loop MRO services for complex equipment under IoT are proposed,the corresponding business model and data model are established,and the vertical mill equipment of CITIC Heavy Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd.is presented as a case to carry out theory application and system development.In the first chapter,the research background and significance of the thesis are introduced,the domestic and foreign research status in related fields is analyzed,and the existing research deficiencies are summarized.On the basis of the work above,research content and structure of the thesis is proposed.In the second chapter,the principle and framework for closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment under IoT are researched.Firstly,the characteristics of MRO service for complex equipment are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,the closed-loop principle of MRO service for complex equipment is discussed.Thirdly,the IoT structure of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is analyzed.Finally,the technical system of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment under IoT is put forward.In the third chapter,the business modeling problem of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is researched.Firstly,the overall business model for closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is established,which is composed of external closed-loop business model and internal closed-loop business model.Then,the four core sub-business process of MRO service is studied and the corresponding sub-business model is established,which includes state monitoring and fault diagnosis,MRO service demand management,MRO service planning and execution,MRO service summarization.In the fourth chapter,the data modeling problem of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is researched.Firstly,the characteristics of service BOM for complex equipment are discussed,and the targeted service BOM structure is designed,which is focused on design requirements,design principle and construction process.Secondly,data consistency demand of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is analyzed.Thirdly,aming at the problem that the service business data of concrete equipment among different service subjects is inconsistent,the service business data relation model for closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment is put forward,and the principle of the model is expounded.Finally,the related objects of the service business data relation model are divided into structural data objects,metadata objects and contact objects,the description of these objects is given in detail,and the model is established based on these objects.In the fifth chapter,taking the vertical mill equipment of CITIC Heavy Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd.as a case,the existing problems in the current service mode and service system are disscussed.Under IoT,the overall design,model establishment and software implementation of closed-loop MRO service system are conducted,and the theoretical research results of this thesis are verified.In the sixth chapter,the research work of the thesis is summarized,the research results are proposed,and the future research work is prospected.
