With the improvement of people's living standards,urban car ownership increased year by year,resulting in a shortage of parking spaces,parking problem has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore the development of new type mechanical parking equipment,which covers small footprint,takes less time to vehicle,is the important way to solve the problem of parking in bustling city center.Through the application of automatic control technology,computer technology,communications network technology and fieldbus technology,this paper designs a distributed computer monitoring system which is suitable for large parking equipment by analyzing its operation function and monitoring requirements.Currently,the nine categories of mechanical parking equipment on the market are not yet well adapted to the needs of parking in the city center.Therefore a new generation of smart parking tower,which also calls vertically rotating assignment mechanical parking tower,has been presented.And its system composition,structural arrangement,vehicle access flow,has been introduced.To achieve the parking tower 's monitoring function,a Computer monitoring interface has been designed based on Siemens WinCC.At the same time,to facilitate the management of the parking tower Groups,a remote monitoring and management system solution has been proposed based on WinCC Web Navigator.Finally,being disadvantages of taking vehicles in the peak period,the theory of fuzzy control has been used to optimize vehicle access.Simultaneously an example has been given to analyze the whole control process of fuzzy optimizing detailedly and the feasibility of this control project has been proved by emulation.The network monitoring system of the new generation of smart parking tower in this paper has Stable monitoring capabilities,perfect man-machine operation interface,powerful data-handling capacity and communication function;meanwhile it optimizes the vehicle access and improves the efficiency of parking tower;more important,it reduces customers' waiting time.The system is helpful to study and set up modern integrated automatic control of parking garage.The value of this system is not only in theory but also in practical.
