Since 1875 the world's first thermal power plant has been completed,marking the world power into a new age.With the improvement of the generator,turbine manufacturing experiments,improved transmission experiments,especially the expansion of power system and electrified in twentieth Century the social demand for electricity,thermal power,enter the period of big development,thermal power unit capacity from a few kilowatts up to tens of megawatts,is currently the world's largest thermal power unit has been up to 1750 MW(Finland).Large power plant,so that the thermal efficiency is greatly improved,and the construction investment per kilowatt power generation costs are reduced,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection has become the pursuit of the goal of thermal power unit.No.4 unit of Baosteel Power Plant Co firing is DC International's first BFG gas furnace for positive pressure,subcritical,reheat,DC,micro positive pressure,tower type boiler turbine generator unit.Boiler using Hitachi German Babcock Power Corporation products.Process characteristics,the entire unit auxiliary equipment configuration status at home and abroad to solve the unique,important auxiliary equipment fault(RUNBACK function)is different with conventional units,there is no mature experiment can refer to the reference.In this paper,to strengthen the important auxiliary equipment in unit state management at the same time,the rapid reduction of the function of automatic control unit based on(RUNBACK,referred to as RB)experiment,set an important auxiliary equipment fault focus on solutions of some functions,the tests were made on the safe and stable operation of unit load.RB logic using the load bottleneck with an important auxiliary tripping caused by the center,based on energy balance regulation of load.After RB unit into the turbine follow mode,boiler combustion by FSSS coarse,MCS combustion turbine unit load adjustment,to adjust according to the machine pressure,make the unit stable load reduced to adapt with the load bottleneck point level,automatically adjust the parameters automatically to reach a new steady state.The experiments show that this control strategy is very successful,reaching,a very good control effect,the test process and results have been highly praised by the operating personnel,a new control strategy and good control result to calculate the considerable economic benefit based on the RB function and achieve the leading level of domestic 350MW units.All input unit 5 RB functions needed in the future,to provide a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.The 4 units have the important auxiliary equipment failure.At the same time the abnormal conditions in the RB unit,the removal of fuel combustion burner,ratio of high calorific value,switching control,water supply,water reduction on abnormal abnormal control has made a breakthrough in the development of RB unit,the successful completion of the function at the same time,also made a series of experimental innovation achievements.
