For a long time,China's oil resources are barren,and the supply of oil is far from enough to meet the needs of society.According to incomplete statistics,China's oil consumption rose by 3% to 5.5% of the annual compound growth rate.In 2016,oil consumption reached 5.79 tons,the oil production has declined year by year.China's annual output of less than 2 tons of oil in 2016,it can be imagine,oil production and consumption has affected the sustainable the development of China's economy deeply.Since the state enacted a new environmental policy in 2014,the implementation of ultra low emissions and energy-saving emission reduction plan,power plants can be said to have paid a heavy price.There has been a steady reduction in oil use in power plants.However,because the market share of power plants is still high,the use of oil still occupies a high proportion.The utility boilers start ignition use 3 million tons of oil every year.Since the economic crisis,the world's economic development has slowed down,but China's economy has steadily developed,and the use of power boiler oil further increased.It is a public problem that how the utility boiler start from itself or use new ignition technology to reduce the oil use of the power plant.The traditional boiler ignition is oil ignition,it takes the gun ignited directly into the furnace,when continuous burning oil ignite a part of coal began to drop a small amount of pulverized coal,pulverized coal until complete combustion.This type of ignition consumes a great deal of oil.The traditional ignition technology is faced with some common problems such as the extremely short life of the anode and cathode,and can not be applied to all the coal fired boiler enterprises widely.In view of the present situation of technology at home and abroad,a power plant and a company to carry out this project development,research and application,the goal is to solve the adaptability of the coal quality and other issues and expand the scope of plasma ignition.The main research methods are as follows:(1)Design and calculation of plasma ignition system.By calculation,the model of transformer is 350 kVA,380V/575 Vac,and the critical inductance is 6.116 mH.The plasma ignition system,the stable pressure of the compressed air is maintained at 50kpa-100 kpa,the arc power stability in 86kw-125 kw,cooling water pressure stabilized at 600 kpa,the plasma ignition system can run normally and stably.(2)Intelligent control method in the application of plasma ignition system through the central control unit,rectifier control unit,control unit,gas detection and sensor equipment,man-machine interface and compilation of intelligent software to realize the intelligent control technology.Intelligent software,realize the monitoring of the running state of the system in plasma,device,equipment working conditions and abnormal monitoring,expert system for identification and classification of the fault,and give prompt repair and maintenance method.(3)design of plasma ignition burner.Plasma ignition burners have unique advantages.Mainly includes the pulverized coal concentrator,a combustion chamber and the two combustion chamber,using hierarchical ignition form in the ignition process,can effectively make the wind speed,the regional powder burner of pulverized coal concentration,ignition of pulverized coal,pulverized coal residence time percentage of key parameters such as the configuration to the optimum conditions,in order to facilitate ignition effect and improve the burnout rate.This paper studies a new ignition technology of plasma,can be applied to most of the existing coal and coal burning rate high,greatly reducing the amount of oil in the boiler ignition process,improving the economy of coal-fired units,guiding the existing boiler ignition technology is of great significance.
