Qiangang company has a total of 7 110kV substations,multiple and geographically dispersed.Besides,high requirements for the reliability of power supply are needed.Therefore,to establish the electric power dispatching system covering all the substations to improve the automatic level and discover and handle the accidents has become the urgent requirement of production.With the rapid development of information technology,the dispatching automation level and technology constantly improve,all of this provides the necessary technological base for power scheduling system.In this paper,discusses the basic technology of data communication technology in substation automation system,firstly.On this basis,combining with the characteristics and requirements of the enterprise and the actual situation of the concrete engineering,designs the electric power dispatching system scheme based on the Ethernet.The communication mode of dispatch master station makes use of Ethernet,and the scheme designs hierarchical structure of communication network.Meanwhile,this paper using the virtual local area network and layer 3 switching technology to realize flexible network configuration of scheduling system,then put forward the hardware and software requirements for dispatch master station,and substation dispatching automation system is designed.In this paper,we research the system data transfer is slow jam etc in the process of debugging,through analyzing the characteristics of the system is running,investigate the cause of interference,from strengthening daily management,increase the degree of technology application research,and take corresponding measures to guarantee the normal operation of the grid system.At the same time,recorded information management system is analyzed by the application in production,the results prove that the establishment of the system to enhance the level of power grid operation management and analysis of accident phenomenon,improve dispatching command accuracy and timeliness so on to deal with problems has important use value.On the base of mathematical model of reactive power optimization,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed.The algorithm is applied to solve the reactive power optimization problem to improve the effect of optimization.Finally,in this paper,an electric power dispatching system for Qiangang is designed and carried out,and the system is summarized and prospected.
