In recent years,with the rapid growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology,the general aviation industry and related industrial chain have been developed rapidly.Among them,the continuous improvement of aviation equipment manufacturing industry has become an important driving force to promote the development of the aviation industry.The propeller is very important on the plane,today,various types of high performance propeller has been production by the major manufacturers,so how test the performance parameters by scientifically and accurately method has become an important topic.A set of propeller comprehensive test system based on high power density motor are designed in this paper.By using a new structure form,the parameters of the propeller can be measured more scientific and accurate.whole system includes the propeller test platform,the main drive motor,the main drive system and intelligent monitoring system.For the propeller test platform,new guide structure is used to measure the tension of the propeller,design of light steel and I-shaped support structure is used to reduced the weight of the platform,the structure of torque sensor is connected with the propeller coaxial direct is used to measure propeller torque and rotational speed,the arc fairing sealed platform and test platform for streamlined cutting design is used,to sum up,which not only make the parameter measurement more accurate,but also can make the air flow generated by the propeller better circulation,the thrust of propeller is increased to maximize its performance.The high power density main drive motor is designed in this paper,through the analysis and design of electromagnetic,studying stator winding,stator winding root number,the number of conductors per slot,the main dimensions,electromagnetic load,air gap and the width of stator and rotor slot type to improve motor power density.With the increase of motor power density,the unit volume loss of and the heating capacity is increased.For the structural characteristics of the motor,this paper accords to the calculation method of temperature field the theory of heat conduction,considering the impact of skin effect for copper consumption and establishing the model of the motor temperature field by using the finite element method,the internal temperature distribution of motor is obtained.This study can ensure a good cooling effect and realize the motor optimization design.With the increase of power density,the mechanical strength and vibration are higher,too.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,mechanical strength calculation model of main components are built,Stress distribution at high rotational speed is analysed,the mechanical strength effects of end cap supporting ribs for end cover is studied.Besides,based on the modal analysis theory,the vibration characteristics of motor are studied,based on the elastic matrix theory,the vibration modes at different frequencies are analyzed and the main components are simulated by finite element software.The main drive system and intelligent monitoring system is an important part of the whole test system,in this paper the motor control circuit is designed,configuration monitoring software program is written,main drive system is set.In the end,a set of prototype for propeller test system is developed successfully and experimental data and conclusions are obtained by the experimental analysis.
