Suspension bridge is the maximum span capability bridge,which is indispensable to have a construction control so as to ensure the safety and quality of the bridge construction。Making Analysis and estimation to the main cable is an important item in construction control of suspension bridge。Therefore,it is a very important job for us to measure the temperature of the main cable in the process of construction and analysis the internal force and the line shape of the main cable。Firstly,this paper researches the theory of the temperature field,and analyzes the main factor influencing the structure temperature distribution,then,deduces the method of solving temperature field based on the theory of heat conduction and the approximate numerical analysis method;Researches the temperature measurement technologies and testing methods of suspension bridge and developes the temperature measurement program of the main cable and the main beam of the Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan Yangluo by combining to the actual situation of construction monitoring as well as the structure feature of this bridge。Secondly,I make some theoretical analysis of the temperature effect to the main cable,and obtain the fundamental equation of the transient temperature field of the main cable cross section and the correlation formula of the main cable dip under the influence of temperature with the Finite element method;Lastly,I creat the bridge model with ANSYS which is a large nonlinear finite element analysis software,and we can obtain the temperature value of each test cross section by the analysis of temperature effect to the main cable。We can carry on the temperature effect solution after putting the temperature value of each test cross section into ANSYS through the hot-structure coupling。So,we can get the temperature effect of the main cable under arbitrary temperature including the displacement of the tower, the sag and internal forces of the main cable and so on。The method in this paper may be as a reference in Actual project because it coincides with the actual situation of the temperature field and it is calculated precisely。...
