With the development of high-speed railway in our country,upgrade of railway products is becoming increasingly faster and aggravating the challenge of trains' fatigue reliability.At the same time,traditional data processing and fatigue evaluation software cannot meet the current needs.On the basis of original software's deficiencies on backward program frame,complicated operation and imperfect function module,researches are conducted in this paper to test the algorithm related to dynamic stress data processing and fatigue evaluation,thereby to develop a new generation of processing and evaluation software.(1)According to practical application requirements and combining with international universal data processing software nCode,Constructed the framework of new software's program,main interface and function module.Based on this framework,to improve the maintainability of the system by establishing the normative code management;to increase operating rate and veracity of function module by perfecting the algorithm structure of original software;to improve the quality of data processing by designing new module algorithm and completing software implementation.(2)In accordance with the FFT analysis algorithm drawbacks of the original software,the thesis come up with the real sequence FFT analysis algorithm and establishes the algorithm of twiddle factor.In this paper,research is carried to study spectral analysis knowledges,and give theoretical guidance on parameter selection in line with the characteristic of dynamic stress signal.Based on the research,to complete the algorithm design of whole course FFT,raise the calculating speed as well as veracity through algorithm and programming optimization,accomplish the function of spectral analysis to whole course signal.On account of the inherent defect of traditional FFT algorithm,design the algorithm of signal time-frequency joint analysis which accomplish the function of time-frequency joint analysis to dynamic stress signal.(3)Complete the design of waveform display algorithm which solve the problem of waveform distortion and memory overflow.Design new module of waveform display and edition according to the algorithm and add new function to meet the needs of waveform processing.Complete the debug verification of main module of new software through fatigue evaluation application case and accomplish software protection.Based on the work above,the systematic development and promotion is accomplished,and this software widely used in locomotive evaluation.Through new software development,the procedure and method is standardized and standardized system of data processing is formed.It has laid foundation for further improve the data processing quality and proceed more meticulous and comprehensive fatigue evaluation on locomotive key positon.
