| The rapid development of high-speed railway is China’s economic and social development and national major strategic requirements.However,the operation safety of the train is the precondition of the construction and development of railway,so using the advanced control technology is one of the important ways to ensure safe operation.Because of the fast speed,the track irregularities and so on,making the train vibration,affecting the stability of the train and the comfort of passenger.Therefore,this paper proposes the adaptive fault-tolerant PD control method which reduce the train vibration effectively.The major contents can be summarized as follows:Establishing the dynamics model of a high-speed train semi-active suspension system.The way and type of vibration are introduced,and then the nine-DOF dynamics model of train’s body,bogie and wheel sets of lateral displacement,shake head and sidewinder are established,which considers the time-varying component parameters and external disturbance caused by orbital plane and running environment uncertainty.Therefore,this is a further challenge to control the stability of the trainDesigning the adaptive PD control strategy.In view of the building model of semi-active suspension system,the adaptive PD control strategy was researched and designed.In the design of control algorithm,the introduction of the symbol matrix N solves a problem which is the system gain B is not symmetric positive definite matrices.Then selecting the suitable Lyapunov function to certificate and analysis the stability of the designed system.Finally verifying the effectiveness of the designed controller has good vibration damping performance through MATLAB numerical simulation experiments.Researching and designing the adaptive fault-tolerant PD control strategy.Because of the many unknown changes of train running lines and surrounding environments can lead to failure,a new dynamic system model is derived.Based on this dynamic model,I research and design the adaptive fault-tolerant PD control strategy.At the same time,the effectiveness of the proposed controller is tested using the Lyapunov stability identification and MATLAB simulations.This control strategies is simple in structure,low cost,and independent on the accurate system model,which can adjust the parameters automatically,suppress the vibration of the train and guarantee the smooth running.So it has robustness,fault-tolerance capabilities and a very high use value.Finally,based on integral absolute error(IAE)the performance index,the traditional PD method and the adaptive fault-tolerant PD control strategy were compared The result proved that the adaptive fault-tolerant PD control strategy has the ability of adaptive adjustment and practicability,which has the ideal control performance. |
