The auto-loader is one of the key technologies in the self-propelled artillery system,however the artillery ammunition coordinator is important assembly of the auto-loader.A certain artillery ammunition coordinator which is driven by hydraulic power get its function by coordinating and swinging.The dissertation,based on a defense research project,employs the Simulation-X software to explore the dynamic characteristics of the coordinator in the typical working conditions.the conclusion of this paper provide theoretical guidance for this coordinator system's improvement in the future.The content of this dissertation is as follows:(1)It Takes artillery ammunition coordinator system for research objects and elaborate its structure and working principle.especially the counterbalance cartridge valve and the servo-proportional directional valve.(2)It establishes mathematical model of the pilot-operated counterbalance valve and the servo-proportional directional valve,and analyzed these factors can influence the stability of the system.(3)It builds the model of the coordinator system on the Simulation-X software and explores the dynamic characteristics of coordinator in the typical working conditions,and find the action of swing has a significant impact on the action of coordinate.in addition,studied its performance under the load shock(4)It explores the relationship between these factors,including the temperature of hydraulic fluid,the gas fraction in the fluid,the internal leakage of cylinder,the elasticity and length of hose line and performance of pilot-operate check valve,and the dynamic characteristic of the coordinator.it points out:the low-temperature increase the response time,the gas fraction significantly influence the accuracy of coordinator,the internal leakage behavior can cause trouble,the hose line and pilot-operate check valve can influence the stability and accuracy of coordinator.
