Radiofrequency ablation instrument is the emergence of a new type of tumor instruments in recent decades,especially in the treatment of visceral tumors have outstanding results.Radiofrequency ablation is a physical treatment technology,mainly based on the principle of cell death to play the role of treatment.After many years of research and development,as well as in clinical trials in the medical,radiofrequency ablation technology has become more mature.Clinical data show that the technology is traumatic small,high security,the treatment effect is obvious characteristics,and with the development of technology,RF ablation instrument is toward a small,intelligent,low-cost trend of development,more and more not Affected by environmental factors.It is also more convenient to use.Of course,the most important thing is more and more high security,so more and more hospitals by the favor,to bring the gospel of millions of patients.This thesis introduces the monitoring system in the RF ablation instrument.It is an important component of the RF ablation system,which monitors the current,voltage,and temperature changes in the ablation instrument.The current,voltage and temperature ablation instrument is the RF play three important parameters.The monitoring system designed in this thesis can monitor the voltage value,current value and temperature value in the RF ablation instrument in real time,and calculate the real-time power.At last,the PID controller can realize the working mode under temperature control and power control mode.Compared with the traditional RF ablation instrument with only power control,it has more functional choices and provides more treatment options for users.In this thesis,the general design of the monitoring system is introduced from the functional requirements analysis and performance requirements analysis of the monitoring system.The overall frame of the system and the circuit composition of the system are introduced.Then,the corresponding PCB board is formed.Finally,the monitoring system is assembled to the supporting RF ablation instrument for functional testing and debugging verification.The test results are analyzed and summarized,and the future work is prospected based on the existing problems.After debugging and verification,the monitoring system designed in this thesiscan make the RF ablator realize dual-mode switchover under temperature control and power control,enriching the working mode of ablation instrument and improving the therapeutic effect of RF ablation.Monitoring system can normally monitor the ablation instrument in the voltage,current and temperature values,and calculate the power of the corresponding size and passed to the host computer displayed.The system has the advantages of high intelligence,high accuracy and high security.
