The radiofrequency ablation is an extensively applied medical technology. The RF Nerve Ache Treatment System is a medical treatment that uses radiofrequency ablation technology to treat nerve ache such as trigeminal neuralgia. This paper introduces the design principles and the working principium of one Color LCD RF Nerve Ache Treatment System, and the design of system software is discussed in detail.The system could work in therapy and physiotherapy mode. When working in the standard mode, the system is used in therapy, and when working in the pulse mode, it is used in physiotherapy. After separating and enlarging, the sine wave or square wave acts on the human body. When the sine wave as output, the system could measure the impedance and temperature of the human body, display the measured values, draw their curves and send them to computer across RS485. After receiving the data, the computer would process them. Also this paper introduced the temperature algorithm used in the system, which was designed basing on the traditional fuzzy control and the specific conditions. The time and space complexity is smaller than traditional fuzzy control algorithm, but the control is also effective.The system had been used in Clinical Practice, and the clinical effect proved that the impedance and temperature measurement, the temperature control as well as the stability of system is effective.
