Plankton,as the most important primary and secondary producer in marine ecosystem,is the nutrient base of marine ecosystem,having important influence on global climate and ecological environment.Due to the variety of plankton,classification and information extraction of the huge amount of work,so scientists from various countries are committed to the monitoring of plankton technology.In this paper,diameter spectrum and shape online recorder of marine plankton pellets is designed by using LOPC as the main sensor,combined with high-resolution camera,pressure sensor,attitude sensor and trawl,in order to store the data of marine plankton monitoring,extend to trawl control and realize visual monitoring.The system can be flexibly mounted to the trawl,and the trawl can be extended to control the plankton to capture.It can photograph plankton directly through the high-definition camera;It can take online real-time collection and display particle size data of plankton and plot the figure of plankton;Besides it enables self-contained storage of plankton particle size data for later analysis and research.The recorder consists of an underwater control bin system and a collection bin system.Both with LOPC,both can be used alone,can also be used together.The control storehouse is used to receive the deck control instruction to realize the remote working state control of the LOPC and the underwater trawl.The control position takes the STM32C8T6 processor as the control center,acquires the attitude information of the underwater body by the multidimensional attitude sensor,and adopts the attitude detection algorithm to improve the measurement accuracy.Besides the pattern of serial to network is used to achieve long-distance transmission,combined with high-definition camera for visual monitoring.The collection bin is used to collect the LOPC particle size data,to keep records of the LOPC particle size data.It uses the MSP430F5438 processor as the control center,collects the data of the particle size data by the clock module and the TF card,and realizes the data transmission by SPI to WiFi.Finally,this paper tests the function of the relevant modules to ensure the expected requirements,and then carries on the comprehensive debugging on it.
