| China is in the rapid development stage,energy consumption has been the focus of attention.In recent years,the consumption of building energy increases year by year,and the proportion of air conditioning energy consumption is the largest.In order to establish a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,we need forced ourselves to study green air conditioning,the new method of indirect evaporative cooling of natural cold source instead of artificial cold source,a environmental,high efficiency and economic cooling technology.This topic according to the existing test bench,study the folding plate and round tube type indirect evaporative cooling technology with warm temperate zone continental climate,rain relatively less,partial drying characteristics in zhengzhou areas.After a variety of simulated test parameters,and analyze the data in the same test bench,calculat the folding plate and round tube type indirect evaporative cooling efficiency under the same conditions,and maintain the efficiency of the optimal parameter selection range,analysis two kinds of structure forms the performance of the cooler in contrast.Through the experimental data analysis and the measurement on the ground,indicates the recommended value of two forms of practical engineering,and benefits to the enterprises to choose the form of air conditioning.The specific contents of this research are as follows:(1)Learning indirect evaporative cooling technology development at home and abroad,understand the different structure form of cooling equipment,to master the theoretical knowledge and thermal calculation method,and provide a simple and effective calculation method for the test results.(2)According to the existing folding plate,round tube evaporative cooling technology related theory knowledge,debugging comprehensive test bench for ventilation optimization.Uniform placement test points,reasonable block of air inlet to meet different structure,ensure reasonable air flow organization.(3)The system of the test bed and different function sections are briefly introduced,measure the two types of cooler by reasonable adjustment variable parameters such as wind speed or water quantity in the same test bench,test the various operating conditions and record the data,calculate two kinds of equipment in the thermal efficiency and the influence of various parameters on the efficiency and performance analysis of two forms of cooler,and obtain the optimal range and influencing factors of the optimal efficiency parameters of two kinds of coolers.(4)The performance of two kinds of coolers is studied and the selection of parameters in practical engineering is given,the actual operation efficiency and energy saving of a textile mill air-conditioning project are introduced.Through the research of this paper,we can get the energy saving effect of different indirect evaporative coolers,combine with the engineering practice,considering the influence of each factor on the efficiency of equipment,and provide basis for the choice of air conditioning form of industrial shop. |
