The Shipping takes 80%volume of the world’s trade,however,ship bilge oily water which discharged by the process of operating machinery space will destroy the balance of the marine environment,cause huge economic losses.The ship’s bilge oily water content detection and monitor whether it reached discharge standard has become the key problem.In this paper,as emulsified oil content is difficult to accurately detect,studied micro emulsion droplets electric characteristics in direct current field and combining the micro droplets electrophoresis,surface charge distribution,the flow field around micro droplets,realized emulsified oil demulsification fast extraction.By experimental verification,the direct current field of emulsified oil demulsification fast extraction technology,greatly improve the accuracy of the emulsified oil concentration by the method of infrared detection.The main content of this paper include:1)Reviews the ship’s bilge oil content detection method,the characteristics of emulsified oil droplets and the basic theory and method of microfluidic chip.2)Using the microfluidic chip as the carrier,studied in direct current(dc)the electric properties of micro emulsion droplets.The first time find that the oil droplets flow field is perpendicular to the direction of the electric field exists two symmetrical vortices under the direct current field,and put forward the charge mobile theory to explain the phenomenon,and with a series of experimental verification.3)According to charge mobile theory,proposed emulsified oil electric field strengthening separation technology based on electrophoresis,and explore the separation best experimental parameters of the emulsified oil demulsification.4)Applicating emulsified oil separation technology based on electrophoresis,has realized the method of infrared ship’s bilge rapid demulsification extraction of oil testing sample,through experimental verification,the method of infrared detection precision improved by 10%.This paper based on microfluidic chip as the carrier,put forward emulsified oil electric field strengthening separation technology based on electrophoresis,greatly improving the accuracy of ship’s bilge emulsified oil content detection by infrared method,for the infrared method applied to the ship’s bilge oil content detection has a certain role in promoting.
