Marine crane is a kind of special machine for offshore lifting operation,which can be used for supplying between ships,port cargo handling,underwater salvage and installation of marine equipment,etc.However,the special sea environment has brought great challenges to marine crane operations.On the one hand,fluctuations in the waves will cause the hull itself to shake,resulting in ship’s roll,pitch,heave and other motions;On the other hand,the cranes’ movement including rotation,lifting,luffing and other actions will cause the sway of the loads.While the intensely swaying motion of the loads may damage the goods and ships,reduce its operation efficiency,it may also hurt the operator.Therefore,it is very important to study how to reduce the swaying of the loads.On the basis of previous work,this article combines engineering practices and carries out research.Specific work is described as follows:Firstly,the motion equations of the waves are established and the crane or telescopic sleeve-type anti-sway device is mathematically modeled.Secondly,according to the harsh operating conditions of the cranes in the heavy sea condition and based on analysis and research on the crane model,combining the current domestic and foreign anti-sway device design ideas,this article develops a telescopic sleeve-type anti-sway device.Solidworks is used to model three dimensions of crane,slewing mechanism,ship two-degree-of-freedom platform and telescopic sleeve-type anti-sway device according to the actual size.And then this article imports the proposed three-dimensional model to the ADAMS software for joint modeling and simulation,and ultimately verify the telescopic sleeve-type anti-sway device to reduce the feasibility of the effect.This article also uses ANSYS to analyze the stress distribution in the process of casing in damping and optimize the structure of the device,improve the safety performance of the device.Finaly,combined with the experimental experiment of the laboratory crane scale test bench.In a word,this article verifies the performance of the telescopic sleeve-type anti-sway device and then verifies its reasonability and feasibility.
