Marine crane is a special machinery for offshore,it can be used in supplying goods between the ships,handling cargo at the port,salvaging underwater and laying marine equipments.It is visible that effects of marine cranes is very important.But the special environment of the sea has brought great challenges to marine crane when it works:On the one hand,the fluctuation of the waves can cause shaking,rolling,pitching,deep and other sports,On the other hand,the rope which is used to lift heavies is flexible body,all these things will cause heavies swing during the operation of the cranes.Dramatically swing may damage the cargo and vessels,reduce work efficiency,and hurt to staff.So it is significant to research how to reduce swing of the heavy.For the purpose,we begin doing some research work which is based on the previous works and consulting different kind of documents.The main works as followsFirstly,the article is based on robot dynamics,the crane is regarded as a mechanical arm,and then,in order to establish a system of kinetic equations of lifting system,we use Lagrange method.Considering the affection of the wave,we need to establish the wave motion equation of sea waves.After that,we should analysis the type of the marine crane and understand the structure and principle of cranes.Then,based on the laboratory crane,we need to determine the designing of the Anti-sway Sling Tray.After the modification is done,it is time to test on the crane.By performing experiments and results were preliminarily verified rationality and feasibility of the program.Then to build a virtual prototype model of marine crane.The virtual prototype model of marine crane is finally built by using Solidworks and ADAMS.Based on the virtual prototype model,the dynamic response of lifting system is analyzed under different excitation conditions and different excitation frequency.The lifting system of trajectory is made.Based on the virtual prototype model,we begin simulation,analyzing the swaying of the heavies in different condition.Simulation results can further prove the correctness of the designing,and it is closer to the actual situation by using the virtual prototype model.Finally,analysis of experimental and simulation results verify the rationality and feasibility of Anti-sway Sling Tray,and we can get the conclusion Synthetically.
