With the continuous development of science and technology,lubricants have a wide range of applications in ships,automobiles,machinery and other fields.And the change of the.physical and chemical properties of the lubricating oil will cause the failure of the mechanical equipment and the system during the operation,which seriously affect the service life of mechanical equipment and lubricating oil.Thus it is very important to detect the moisture and contamination degree of the lubricating oil.At present,there are many different detection methods,however,it is still very important to develop new and more convenient online detection technology for some special or extreme application environments.In this paper,a method and device for online analysis of marine oil pollutants based on the principle of current induction was presented.Specifically,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of current induction,the single factor test of oil pollutant(water and wear particle content)was carried out.Research results showed that:it could determine the amount of water content and the degree of oil pollution according to the magnitude of the voltage pulse signal,it showed that with the increase of water content and the increase of abrasive particle content,the amplitude of voltage pulse signal increases And the magnitude of the voltage pulse signal is independent of the emulsifier.In addition,the magnitude of the voltage pulse signal also increases with the increase of oil using time,and the two have good linear correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.9982.Besides the method has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity.(2)A flat capacitance detection system was built.The dielectric constants of twelve alkanes with different concentrations of anionic surfactants and the magnitude of the induced signals were measured.The mathematical relationship between the two was established.Research results showed that:the two have good linear correlation and with the increase of the relative dielectric constant,the magnitude of the induced pulse signal increases.The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9914.(3)The inductive oil online automatic analysis device was designed.A mechatronic system based on MCU was designed and built,the automatic telescopic and clean detection electrode was realized,the automatic acquisition,display and storage of the detection signal(1-5V)based on MCU was realized.And the performance of the device was tested.The results showed that the device had good working stability and reliability and could be used to distinguish and judge different liquids(pure water and two kinds of oil),and the measurement results of pure water and two kinds of oil are obviously different.And the magnitude of the induction signal is relatively large,and the induction signal of the lubricating oil is higher than that of the steering gear.The technology and equipment of the induction type marine oil pollution analysis has the advantages of high sensitivity,simple operation,convenient and so on.And it can be used to determine the quality of oil online quickly...
