Located in remote areas of Inner Mongolia,wind and solar energy resource is rich,but away from network coverage to meet the daily demand for electricity,pastoralists need to use diesel power generation.With the rising price of diesel and wind power and photovoltaic power generation wide range of applications as well as government policy support,Use of wind power and photovoltaic power generation will not only save on fuel costs,while protecting the ecological environment.As the change of wind,solar radiation intensity,generator failure rate and parameters,it is likely to affect wind/PV/diesel/storage power system operating characteristics.In order to ensure its normal,safe and reliable operation of wind/PV/diesel/storage power system reliability evaluation is necessary.According to Inner Mongolia,wind speed and solar radiation intensity historical data,it is built that wind farms wind speed time series model and solar wind radiation time series model,using sequential Monte Carlo method for wind/PV/diesel/storage power system reliability index calculate.In order to save fuel costs,the text of the diesel engine two operating strategies(one diesel and diesel into a spare inputs simultaneously)wind/PV/diesel/ storage power system reliability evaluation.When changing the storage capacity,the maximum charge and discharge power,solar radiation,wind turbine rated power,the rated power of solar panels,two diesel engines while in operation mode wind/PV/diesel/ storage power system reliability than a diesel engine into a standby operating mode wind/PV/diesel/ storage power system reliability is high.This article conclusion will resolve remote areas of Inner Mongolia wind/PV/diesel/storage power generation system supply problems and planning,design and operation to provide a theoretical basis.But also for micro-grid system of wind/PV/diesel/storage power generation system to provide theoretical guidance.
