With the people's understanding and research of permanent magnetic materials,more and more magnetic machines are gradually entering the public view.As one of the most important members of the coupling family,the magnetic coupling has been paid more and more attention by the scholars.Magnetic resistance permanent magnet magnetic coupling is a new type of magnetic coupling based on reluctance motor,which uses the principle of reluctance to transmit torque and motion.Combined with the particularity of its structure,the magnetic coupling has the advantages of high rotor strength,simple structure,automatic protection when overload,high speed transmission and so on.In this paper,the working principle and structural characteristics of the reluctance permanent magnetic coupling are described firstly.Then the equivalent magnetic circuit of the magnetic coupling is constructed according to its structural characteristics.According to the magnetic conductance of each magnetic circuit,the transmission torque of the coupling is obtained from the angle of magnetic field energy.Using Ansoft Maxwell finite element simulation software,the 2D and 3D model of magnetic resistance coupling is constructed.Based on the two-dimensional analysis of the coupling,the relationship between the rotor coupling length and the thickness of the air gap and the air gap magnetic field is obtained.Based on the three-dimensional analysis of the coupling,the rationality of the structure is explained from the angle of the magnetic chain,and the relation curve between the input and output rotor teeth and the output torque is obtained.Finally,using the Proe to establish the three-dimensional model of the reluctance permanent magnetic coupling,the Ansys software is used to carry out the dynamic analysis and calculation.When the output rotor is subjected to the maximum force,the maximum deformation is 0.000265 mm.Then,the rotor is also taken as an example to do the modal analysis with prestressing,and the first five order modes and frequencies are obtained.By using the relation between the critical speed and the frequency,the maximum rotational speed of the rotor can reach 15240r/min.The finite element simulation results verify the feasibility of the magnetic coupling.
