The plug-in hybrid vehicle,has two energy sources of power batteries and fuel,and can charge the battery by an external power supply,thus achieving energy saving and emission reduction without mileage concerns.It is one of the most important transition models in the development of new energy vehicles.According to the composition and arrangement of power components,plug-in hybrid system is divided into series,parallel,power-split and dual-mode structure.Reasonable configuration and parameters matching of hybrid system,is a prerequisite basis for plug-in hybrid electric vehicle to have a certain dynamic performance.The structure characteristics of plug-in hybrid system determines it has more working state and operation mode.The energy management strategy is to solve the problem of mode switching and power distribution,which has a great importance to realize the rational allocation of power,optimize the power components and work efficiency,raise the vehicle energy consumption economy,improve the emission on the basis of ensuring that the vehicle is in the meet of the power demand and driving in normal conditions.This dissertation aimed at the plug-in dual-mode hybrid vehicles.According to the given vehicle basic parameters and dynamic performance index,parameter matching design and modeling of the key components of the hybrid system was conducted first,then the vehicle modeling was conducted,including subsystem models of the key components,driving dynamics model and energy consumption model,etc.On this basis,the research and design of energy management strategy for plug-in dual-mode hybrid electric vehicle is carried out.Finally,the designed energy management strategies were embedded into vehicle system simulation model,through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,to evaluate the effectiveness of the energy management strategies of the vehicle and the optimization effect of energy consumption economy.
