Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEV),which adds power battery capacity to hybrid vehicles,enhances motor performance,and enhances the vehicle's pure electric driving capability.It is a hybrid powertrain.The car has developed into a transitional model of pure electric vehicles.When designing a PHEV power system,it is necessary to meet both the power requirements and high efficiency.Our goal is to improve the vehicle's power and fuel economy of the PHEV system,then we need to match and optimize the system parameters,and the parameters of the power components in the hybrid system and the reasonable and effective energy control strategy are parameter matching.The essential.The main research content of this subject is the PHEV assembly parameter matching method and energy management strategy optimization,which makes the system more efficient and energy efficient.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:In order to reduce pollutant emissions and improve fuel economy,the relevant parameters of the powerplant(engine,ISG motor and main drive motor),energy storage device(power battery pack)and power transmission(main reducer)device are determined under the premise of ensuring that the vehicle's power,operability and driving range are not reduced compared with the conventional vehicle.In this paper,the performance characteristics of each power plant of the hybrid system are comprehensively analyzed,and the hybrid system parameter matching system based on the target service demand characteristics is established.According to the PHEV design requirements,the hybrid system assembly parameters are matched.This article has deeply studied different energy management strategies.Based on the analysis of rule-based energy management strategies,considering the efficiency of the drive system,an energy management strategy based on real-time optimization is proposed.It is to introduce the hybrid system theory into the PHEV system,combining the optimization theory of the control theory with the energy management strategy.And the working characteristics and fuel consumption of each powertrain of PHEV under different energy control strategies are studied.
