Railway OCS(Over Contact System)is very important for the normal operation of railway.Currently,in our country,the regularly detection of railway OCS needs to spend a lot of manpower and time.With t he rapid development of electrified railway,the method of OCS detection and maintenance needs an urgent innovation.Therefore,we design an auto detection unmanned vehicle prototype which could drive the unmanned vehicle to locate the position of the OCS column,while working,the OCS detection equipment on the work platform,then achieve the full automation of routine testing.The development of automatic detection unmammed vehicle prototype for railway overhead contact has important significance for the future working way of railway OCS detection.This thesis takes automatic detection unmammed v ehicle for railway overhead contact for research objective.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the OCS detection working,the main design framework of detection unmammed vehicle was proposed.The workflow of detection unmammed vehicle was analyzed.The main mechanical structure was designed.According to the overall scheme and the structure characteristic s,the control system hardware frame was designed.R egarded industrial IPC as the core,regarded PLC as auxiliary control tool.regarded DC servo motor as power plant;regarded industrial camera and proximity switches as sensor devises;the entire electrical system of detection unmammed v ehicle was designed;the electrical cabinet was designed and made.According to the hardware characteristics and the control requirements,the control system software frame was designed.Completed the design of PLC program by using ladder diagram language,including the control program o f DC servo motor,the control program of switch signals,the communication module of PLC,etc.Completed the design of IPC program by using C# programming language.Studied the communication between PC and industrial camera,SMS module,PLC.The communication module which based on IPC was designed.A variety image processing methods was studied,according to the photo features of OCS column,the image processing was designed.Design the experiment to conclude the automatic position method to achieve accurate position of the OCS column.Designed the control software interface for debugging and testing program.The automatic working program of detection unmammed vehicle was designed.At present,the whole system has been designed and made.Many tests of the prototype of detection unmammed vehicle on the railway done,it basically satisfies the design requirements.
