There are millions of industrial boilers in our country,which play an very important role in the development of industrial production.With a rapid development of the national economy,it is becoming more and more widespread,the number will continue to increase in the future.However,there are still some problems in the design,manufacture,installation,repair,modification and use of boilers.The main performance is that some of the personnel engaged in boiler operation management and the quality of the furnace personnel are not high.So there have often occurred Boiler explosion,tube burst and water shortage.Not only Directly endangering production and personal safety but also leading to major economic losses.From the analysis of boiler accident statistics in recent years,it is known that the major boiler accidents caused by improper operation and management account for more than 80%.This must be taken seriously by the personnel of the special equipment inspection office and relevant government departments.Regular inspection is an important part of ensuring its use in the safe operation of boilers.This paper starts from the optimization of regular inspection work,and puts forward some treatment methods and suggestions for some common problems found in boiler inspection and safety management,which can improve the inspection of employees.The level of work plays a certain role in promoting.Through statistical analysis,the equipment defects found in the work are regularly checked,and the common defects are analyzed to find out the causes,and measures to avoid the occurrence of defects are given.
