Manual transmission is widely used in passenger cars and commercial vehicles.Gear Shift Cont is used as a direct connection between the steering handle and the transmission.The gear select and shift operation of the driver are converted into the meshing of different gears in the gearbox,finally changing the vehicle transmission ratio.It is very important to improve the performance of the self-developed manual gearbox and improve the overall performance of the vehicle by researching the parameters measurement technique and the evaluation criteria of the gear shift quality of Gear Shift Cont.This paper is based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of Gear Shift Cont,quantitative analysis of gearshift performance,the establishment of the quality evaluation system of gearshift based on the weight determination method such as AHP,and the gearshift test.In this paper,the gearshift principle of Gear Shift Cont is introduced,and the structural characteristics of Gear Shift Cont are analyzed.Combined with its function and structural characteristics in the vehicle gearshift system,the load torque and rotation angle during the gearshift operation are selected as the performance parameters.Four quantification indexes of gearshift quality such as impulse coefficient,torque extreme value,slope difference coefficient and hysteresis torque are put forward.Then based on AHP,the weights of these four quantitative indexes are determined,and the evaluation grade and evaluation standard of each index are determined based on the expert evaluation method and literature.This paper analyzes the four processes of Gear Shift Cont in gearshift operation,determines weight of each process based on the actual data,synthesizes the comprehensive evaluation value of gearshift of Gear Shift Cont,and confirms its gearshift quality Level,establishes a quantitative,objective gearshift quality evaluation system.Based on the above quality evaluation system and the theoretical analysis of Gear Shift Cont,research the measuring technology of the performance parameters of Gear Shift Cont,and design an integrated test bed.The test bed with a high degree of automation accurately measures the torque and angle parameters of Gear Shift Cont.The torque-angle curve can be drawn in real time.After the measurement,the gearshift quality can be analyzed.The test bed is used as the platform to carry on the repeated measurement to Gear Shift Cont.Then calculate the quantification index and the comprehensive evaluation value to determine the gearshift quality grade.Finally verify the feasibility of the measurement technology and quality evaluation system.
