Vehicle has become an important pillar industry in national economy.Along with the development of technology,DCT(Dual C lutch Transmission)has been extensively used in automotive driveline,becoming the trend of transmission development.DCT could realize power transferring without interruption,which enhances dynamic performance and economy of vehicle and have great significance for energy-saving and emission reduction.The fatigue life and drive characteristic of axle,along with gear and bearing,which are indispensable components transmission,have important implications for transmission.In this article,virtual simulation technology is used to prevent deficiencies at the design stage of transmission and offer optimizing processes,rationalizing design and shorten the design period.The major research are as follows:1.The mechanical construction of different forms of transmissions were studied,as well as their structural features and operating principles.Schematic diagram of mechanism and drive principle were finished based on 7-speed opposed dual transmission.Meanwhile,driveline and drive characteristic were analyzed.2.The driving model of 7-speed opposed dual transmission was established using Creo,a kind of three dimensions molding software.Interference analysis and system assembly rationality verification were completed through simulation.The three dimensions model of gear box was established using Romax Designer.The working condition of road load spectrum was calculated by methods of analogy and interpolation.Contact stresses and damage situations were gotten by running conditions of each gear.Then,simulation and analysis of axles,gears and bearings were finished.The design parameters of components were evaluated as well as standard parts and common parts.3.Based on analysis of dynamics simulations,transfer errors of each gear under different working conditions were worked out.Related parameters of dynamic responses of the system were set according to transfer errors,then vibration responses of each component could be calculated.Taking simulatio n analysis of static characteristics into account,optimized analysis of transmission and each component were finished according to the analysis above.
