As an important part of charging infrastructure,DC charging pile system's performance will directly affect the development of electric vehicle.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design an electric vehicle DC charging pile system with perfect function,safety and reliability.Based on the analysis of the function and the hardware and software requirements of the electric vehicle DC charging pile system,the paper designs the whole scheme of the pile structure and control system.In the scheme,the modular design of the functional component reduces the design difficulty of the hardware and software.The design of the DSP+ARM double control board structure improves the security,compatibility and expansibility of the digital control system.The hardware of the DC charging pile is divided into three layers,the hardware design based on the double control board is completed,and the detailed design processes of control circuit and auxiliary circuit are given.The design of communication circuit with protection,power supply,sampling circuit with isolation,emergency stop,lightning protection,access control circuit with feedback makes the whole pile system to meet the higher security requirements.The design principle of DC charging pile is analyzed from four aspects of charging control,fault protection,human-computer interaction and online monitoring,and the software design based on multiple task modules is completed.The DC charging pile software is divided into several task modules,the interaction process between task modules during the main process is studied,the procedure flow charts of task modules are drawn.The use of finite state machine in software design improves the security of the control system.The DC charging pile experiment platform is putted up to test the function of experimental charge control,fault protection,human-computer interaction,online monitoring.The experimental results are analysed to verify the correctness and feasibility of the overall design and the hardware and software design.
