As an important renewable energy,the biomass energy can not only contribute to alleviate energy shortage status all over the word,but also improve the ecological environment.The biomass briquetting technology supply the basic technology for other biomass energy utilization technologies.So countries all over the world have put more attention on the development and understanding about it.But there exits some problems on serious abrasions on key components in the epuipment,molding product quality,unit energy consumption and so on,so we should have a great understanding about the influence factors of the extrusion molding of fuel pellets from the biomass.This paper makes the research depending on the straw biomass.It goes on the simulation and analysis for the briquetting process through the software of ANSYS.The deformation principles and rheologic laws are revealed during briquette process.The analysis results show an phenomenon that material flow velocity on axis part is faster than other parts.The drawings of all kinds of stress distribution during the briquetting process are showed by the post-processing and the prioritization scheme of arc transition between the compression region and the keeping region is provided.The influence of the loads on briquetting effects is studied by three different model tapers of 30°,45°,60°respectively.The influence of the heating on briquetting effects is studied by three different temperature loads of 150 ?,200?,250? respectively.The final result shows that the maximum friction stress value that the model has been optimized by arc transition has decreased,and the deformation during the briquetting process is more homogeneous;It can decrease the serious abrasions on key components and the energy consumption by using the 45°taper model;The temperature load between 200?and 250? makes the briquetting process easier and the briquetting quality better.The simulation research about the finite element of the ANSYS can improve the production process and the briquetting quality,reduce the abrasions on key components and its energy consumption during the briquetting process.At the same time it can provide the theoretical basis for equipment design.
