Research And Design Of Portable Multifunctional Air Wave Pressure Therapeutic Apparatus

At present, thrombotic disease has become one of the main causes of disability and death, in which the formation of deep vein thrombosis often secondary to vascular trauma, limb fractures and postoperative long bed and paralyzed patients. Clinical treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities includes drugs, surgery and physical therapy, drugs and surgery are certain risk, the smallest harm to physical therapy,has gradually become a hot research.In this paper, STM32 micro-control chip as the core, combine the air wave pressure therapy with noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement. The use of pulse width modulation control air pump on the balloon intermittent inflatable pressure, oppression limb muscle contraction to enhance the role of venous blood reflow, to achieve deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb, through digital filtering control of the pressure accuracy. The ECG signal and pulse wave signal of the individual were collected, and the corresponding feature points were obtained according to the difference threshold method. The pulse wave conduction time was obtained and the mathematical model between the blood pressure and the pulse wave conduction time was established. Using the linear equation between the two, calculate the corresponding blood pressure values..Through the experimental verification, the air pressure therapy works pressure accord with the design requirement, the various functions are normal, the system is stable,safe and reliable. For noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement system, the mathematical model calculated by the blood pressure error within a reasonable range, the basic realization of the non-invasive blood pressure continuous measurement.
