With the increasing investment in infrastructure construction in China,China's rail transit industry has achieved sustained and rapid development,whether it is the completion of railways or urban rail transit construction have shown an unprecedented development prospects.Increase in operating speed rail vehicles to bring fast and convenient life,but also to the maintenance of the vehicle to bring a lot of pressure,in addition to rely on rail transport rail laying to achieve,so the road to the railway is a conversion a big problem,in this context,road-rail vehicles put into use,it is very necessary.Road-rail vehicles,the name suggests is to use both can run on a special railway vehicle on a highway,it not only has a large volume of rail transport,but also has the characteristics of long distance road transport is convenient and flexible features.Taking arm type road-rail vehicles as the basis,we introduced the road-rail vehicles arm type characteristics,focusing on the design and optimization of its bogie wheel pair.The design of the wheel-set includes the design of the axle and the design of the wheel.The design of the axle includes the selection of the axle roll bearing,the selection of the axle material,the design of the dimensions of the axle and the determination of the geometrical tolerances of each section.After the design is completed,the axle is tested for fatigue strength according to the relevant standard;Wheel design,including determining the type of wheel,as well as tread pattern,the cross section of each wheel size and design.On the basis of ensuring that the initial wheels meet the requirements of static strength and fatigue strength,ANSYS and isight are used to optimize the initial wheels,and finally the ideal results are obtained.In the process of ANSYS optimization,the APDL parameterization model of the initial wheel is established,the final optimization range of the design variables is determined,and the optimization results of ANSYS are obtained;In the optimization of isight,based on the optimization range of the design variables optimized by ANSYS,the optimization of the initial wheels is carried out by using the adaptive simulated annealing optimization algorithm.The optimization results are obtained by comparing the ANSYS The optimal design under the constraint condition is finally obtained.The purpose of this paper is designed to meet the arm-type road-rail vehicles required a new wheel,with subsequent optimization,making the wheels under the minimum quality constraints to obtain the optimal design of the wheel.By optimizing the article explores,it aims to summarize a kind of rail vehicle wheels optimization method is a representative can provide some reference to the future of rail vehicle wheels optimization.
