The electrical and optical performance of the sandwiched structure transparent conducting films based on Ag alloy were inverstigated.Specifically,the transparent conducting films with GZO/AgTi/GZO(GATG)show better thermal stability and were applied to efficient polymer solar cells.In addtion,the inversed perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on PEDOT:PSS treated with carbon tetrafluoride using plasma technology were investigated and the fabrication procedure of PSCs based on zinc oxide were explored.The main results were shown as following:1.The optical and electrical properties of GZO/Ag alloy/GZO multilayer transparent films with AgAl,AgCr and AgTi fabricated with magnetron sputtering method were investigated.Specifically,the sheet resistance and maximum optical transmittance of GATG films are 5 ?/sq and 86%,respectively.Futhermore,the sheet resistance of GATG still keep stability under annealing at 400 ?,indicating better thermal stability compared to GZO/Ag/GZO film.The enhanced thermal stability of GATG is attributed to the formation of TiOx on Ag nanostructure surface,which can inhibit Ag atoms diffusion and aggregation.2.PTB7-TH:PC71BM based inverted OSCs with GATG electrodes got a PCE of 9.20%,which is comparable to PCE(9.23%)of the control OSCs with ITO electrode.The PCE of OSCs with GATG and ITO electrodes respectively remain 59%and 23%of the original PCE values after UV exposure for 20 min with relative humidity of 68%in air,indicating that PSCs with GATG show better UV durability.Our results suggest that GATG as an alternative to ITO electrode can obtain efficient inverted PSCs and have superior anti-UV ability due to its low UV transparency.3.PEDOT:PSS treated with plasma of carbon tetrafluoride gas was applied to perovskite solar cells as a hole transport layer.The hysteresis of PSCs were greately increased,indicating that the hysteresis effect is related to the interface of PEDOT:PSS.ZnO layer fabricated with sol-gel method or megnetron sputtering were used as an electron transport layer in PSCs.The perovskite active layer were prepared by two-step method and aether-immerse method.The ZnO layer show good electron transport ability and can accerelate the deterioration of the perovskite layer under the annealing condition.
