Distribution network reconfiguration is an important measure for optimal operation of distribution network.The distribution network contains a small number of contact switches and a large number of segmented switches,distribution network reconfiguration is to re integrate the distribution network in the opening and closing of these switches,so that the distribution network in the best state.In recent years,wind power penetration of distributed power in power grid is increasing year by year,the traditional scheme of distribution network reconfiguration of distribution network can not adapt to the situation now,so it is necessary to study the distribution network reconfiguration considering the influence of distributed generation.This paper selects the typical distributed wind power supply as the research object,established the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration of multi scenario network loss and loss based on expected value,is proposed based on the "common ground" loop encoding strategy is proposed to determine the optimal strategy of scene analysis and scheme based on binary particle swarm optimization.The wind speed model based on Weibull distribution,are studied without considering the distribution network reconfiguration characteristics and seasonal variation of load distribution network reconfiguration considering seasonal variation characteristics of the load,is used in the study of scene classification method based on Wasserstein distance of wind power scenarios were divided,taking into account the characteristics of load change season,using the clustering method based on K-means model the daily load curve in different seasons of clustering,extract the typical load state of each season,and the effectiveness of load clustering is verified.Considering that the two parameter Webb distribution model does not contain temporal information,it can not reflect the seasonal variation characteristics of wind power.In this paper,a new algorithm based on K-means clustering is proposed.This method does not need to know the probability distribution function of wind speed,wind speed data of each season through the history of the longitudinal and transverse cut,can generate wind scene in different seasons,based on the distribution network reconfiguration considering the seasonal variation characteristics of wind power,wind power and the scene division is effective verified.With the help of IEEE33 node distribution network based on the simulation of three different conditions of distribution network reconfiguration,verify the effectiveness of the multi scene model of distribution network reconfiguration and solving method,reconstruction scheme of each case has been.The simulation results also show that the model of multi-scene distribution network reconfiguration can not only reduce the network loss,but also improve thevoltage quality of distribution network.In this paper,the mathematical model,the solution method and the reconstruction results provide a reference for the operators.
