With a larger proportion of wind energy in the world, the wind power penetration is increasing. It is an inevitable trend to develop wind power for our future power system. However, the strong uncertainty and volatility of wind power will influence the operational status of the system indefinitely, which makes Distribution network reconfiguration with wind power more complicated. Therefore, it is greatly significant to do research about distribution network reconfiguration with wind power, combining with the uncertainty theory to deal effectively with the randomness of wind power and use it efficiently.Firstly, this paper analyzes the theoretical and operational mechanism of the latest intelligent algorithm-bat algorithm (BA). It improves the basic BA by introducing the learning factor and parameters convergence region analysis. By calculating the OPF of IEEE30-note system, it verifies the improved BA’s calculating speed and global convergence. Sigmoid function is introduced to propose binary BA, which can solve the problem of distribution network reconfiguration.Secondly, the paper analyzes the uncertainty of wind power, and derives the PDF of wind power from Weibull distribution and wind turbine power characteristics of DFIG considering aerodynamic. It Use Wasserstein distance metric to generate optimal scenes of wind power, effectively simulating the random nature of wind power.In addition, according to the analysis of radial distribution network operation conditions, it first proposes the model and solving process of distribution network reconfiguration based on binary BA. To improve the search efficiency, the network has been appropriately simplified. IEEE33-bus system and PG&E69-bus system were adopted to verify the validity of the model and binary BA.Finally, this paper proposes the distribution network reconfiguration model with wind power. With the best progressive scene of wind power, the uncertainty model has been transformed into a determine model, which is solved by the improved binary BA and the SBB solver. The SBB solver is called by the program wrote by MATLAB and GAMS. Through simulated the IEEE33-bus system and PG&E69-bus system, and comparative analysis of the results of these two methods, it verifies the reasonableness of the model and the effectiveness of the solution proposed. The impact by the wind power on the distribution network reconfiguration has been analyzed effectively. The results of mathematical statistics analysis can provide a valuable reference for switching equipment selection and operation mode.
