The improvement of energy structure is one of the important measures to solve the environmental deterioration and green economy.It's more than important for us to reduce the size of high pollution power generation,especially thermal power.As an important renewable energy,the wind energy is clean,pollution-free and accessible with the characteristics of large capacity,so that wind power has become the most commercial potential of clean energy power generation technology.However,the wind speed is highly correlated with the atmospheric environment and topography,with the characteristics of intermittent and fluctuating,which can not be neglected to the stability and security of the power system.Wind power analyzation and accurate evaluation of wind power is one of the effective solutions to solve this problem.An effective and reliable wind power assessment model can be applied not only to wind power prediction and generation planning correction,but also to rotation reserve estimation.Therefore,the analysis and evaluation of the wind power resource characteristics of wind farms is of great significance to the large-scale wind power grid-connected and safe and stable operation of the power system.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of wind resources at different time scales and spatial scales,this paper analyzed the influence of wind power fluctuation,output Characteristics,and designed wind field data acquisition and output characteristic analysis simulation software.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the intensive study of wind power technology and wind resource characteristics,the wind power characteristic evaluation model was built around the influencing factors of wind power.The data of the wind field of a complex geographical environment in Sichuan,including the mean wind speed,mean wind direction,atmospheric pressure,temperature and air humidity,with the temporal resolution of 10 minutes,are revised,de-falsified,supplemented,sort out.Data validation was performed to verify the model's accuracy.(2)Based on the wind power data,wind power fluctuation probability density function histogram was drawn by using probabilistic statistical theory.Several possible single prior distribution models were given,and an index system was established to evaluate the accuracy of the model.The fitting condition of each single model was analyzed and the index values of the model were calculated.(3)For wind power fluctuation characteristics,firstly,a mixed-Laplace distribution model of wind power fluctuation was proposed based on a priori distribution parameter estimation method.The concrete expression form of the model was deduced and then the parameter index set for evaluating the model accuracy was established.Finally,combining with the measured wind field data in(1),the fluctuation of wind power was simulated from the environment of different time and space scales,which proves that the model has good applicability.(4)According to the wind power fluctuation model and wind power output characteristics,the wind farm monitoring system was designed.And through the visualization technology,the program realized the wind farm data acquisition and the characteristic analyzation.
