Although the large-scale development of wind power in China can solve the future energy crisis,a high proportion of wind farms will bring new challenges to the dispatching,operation and control of power system.The wind power system with wind power application configuration storage device prediction technology is one of the effective ways to solve the large-scale wind farm grid to achieve maximum wind problem.In view of this effective way,the main work of this paper is as follows:First,taking the wind field in North Shanxi as an example,wind speed power model is established based on its actual operation data,and the particle swarm optimization K-means hybrid clustering algorithm(IPSO-K-means)is applied to optimize the model.The results show that compared with the traditional methods,K-means clustering algorithm and PSO-K-means hybrid clustering algorithm,IPSO-K-means hybrid clustering algorithm can greatly improve the accuracy of the model.Secondly,considering the actual data of the wind farm has a heterogeneous value,the combined model of fuzzy C mean and PSR-KELM is optimized by IPSO to predict the wind speed.First,calculate the fuzzy membership and the actual operating data of a wind farm are classified using IPSO optimization fuzzy C means,to complete the formation of fuzzy sample;second of the four parameters(?,m,?,?)of PSR-KELM model is optimized by IPSO;third: IPSO PSR-KELM model based on fuzzy optimization forecasting of wind speed,wind speed prediction will map the wind-improved moving average smoothing filtering algorithm based on heterogeneous value power curve of wind power,in order to achieve more accurate prediction,and effectively eliminate the heterogeneity of value,establish closer to the actual operation situation of wind power model.Finally,based on wind power predictive control,the energy storage system isused to suppress the high,middle and low frequency power of wind power grid connected wave power.First: the results to determine the predictive power of Shanxi Shanxi north wind field data heterogeneity value based on singular value optimization using IPSO power spectrum correction standard prediction of volatility of power;second: using discrete wavelet transform of wind power prediction according to the frequency of output fluctuation is divided into high,medium and low frequency,and the fluctuation of power distribution of different frequency bands reasonable storage system rated capacity and output power in order to realize the prediction and control of the target power grid;third: validation of the proposed scheme to improve the energy storage system using the premise of economic life and can make the operation of the wind power to meet the power dispatch control.
