Aerial refueling technologies for the improvement of modern air combat capability has a very important role.Around the vast and complex situation in our country,the Chinese navy and air force to longer-range blank time longer fighter guarded the frontier,so our country needs more efficient aerial refueling equipment promote defending ability.China's long-term military sanctions by the us and European countries,us and European countries impossible to export to China advanced technology of aerial refueling,to master advanced technology only on their own efforts.Although at present our county has mastered the soft air refueling technology,but both in quality and quantity are far behind the developed countries,which greatly restricted the capabilities of our county's air force.To break the foreign technical barriers of the aerial refueling,gradually grasp the advanced and efficient technology of aerial refueling,improve the efficiency of China's aircraft aerial refueling.Make the aircraft have a long time and farther left blank,to enhance China's air force strain capacity and capability,we need extensive research technology of aerial refueling,especially for fast large flow aerial refueling system subjects research is of great significance.Flying Boom relatively Probe & Drogue aerial refueling technology have docking easy,refueling speed and is not affected by flow around,etc.Flying Boom system is more efficient,currently,only the United States air force has a wide range of applications,in our country is still in the exploratory stage.In order to speed up the master Flying Boom refueling system technology,the realization of the engineering application of this technology,this topic on the subsystem for Flying Boom refueling system by the oil outlet to carry out the research.Based on the mechanical principle,hydraulic principle,theoretical mechanics,fluid mechanics of materials,and sealing principle and relevant knowledge structure design for the oil outlet,carry out the simulation analysis and related test.The main research content is as follows.A,according to the functional requirements of the oil outlet design,to fuel channels respectively,lock body,sealing components,communication module and so on @ for structural design and analysis and calculation.B,the application SOLIDEDGE software to establish the three-dimensional model of the oil outlet,using ANSYS software simulation analysis was carried out on the model.C,according to the design of physical prototyping with plan made by the oil outlet,and the sealing test,the simulation of physical prototype docking test,forced to take off the open experiment and communication.
