The Internet of Vehicles is the abbreviation of Automotive networking,and it is the combination of communication technology and information technology.It is a huge interactive network that made up of vehicle positions,speed and directions,and the vehicles can converge its information through the Internet technology to a central processing,and complete the collection of information about its own environment and status via sensors(WSN)and other devices.The Internet of Vehicles can achieve intelligent transportation by solving the interactive problems among people,vehicles,roads and the environment.To solve the problems,the paper studies the traffic information collection and processing methods in the Internet of vehicles.First,meanwhile to build the vehicleinformationsyst em service platform,It can provide real-time and efficient service between people,ca-r,ro ad and environment of data communication and information interaction to make up a sup porting vehicle information server platform of car networking basically.The system mainly achieve data acquisition and monitor for road in real time,vehicle terminal according to wireless sensor networks which laid on t-he roadside,4G wireless network in thecar an d sensor nodes,Based on Zigbee pr-otocol which have the ability of ad hoc netwo-rk to transmit collected data in real time and to transfer data to service terminal platfor-m.Acc ording to the communication protocol with terminal platform and communication p-rotoco l format can interpretdata.Extracting data which is useful and pivotal from the pa-rsed d ata and pack it up again.The package need satisfy data communication format ofservice center set.Finally,from Internet send to processing center and according to the re-sult pr ocessi-ng center achieve monitoring remote operation in real time of vehicle term-nal.In c onclusion,after analyze the reality of vehicle networking and building the intelligent roadside sy stem,putting forward a new algorithm of neural network ensemble based on PSO optimiz-ation a nd the design and implementation of video monitor system based on camera.On the above analysis,the main study results of the paper include following contents:1.Put forward the Internet of Vehicles' system framework.2.Put forward the layout of road side unit and project of dispatcher.3.This paper studies the methods of information collection in vehicles environment.4.This paper introduces the overall structure and development tools of Internet of Vehicles' service platform,and to test the function and performance of the eservice platform.
