The loop heat pipe as a two-phase passive heat transfer device,due to its advantages of high heat transfer efficiency,flexible layout,high reliability,strong adaptability and long service life,has been widely used in the field of aerospace thermal control equipment and electronic device cooling.As the key component to determine the operating performance of the whole loop heat pipe system,the capillary core of the LHP core provides capillary driving force for the whole loop heat pipe through the capillary flow in the internal micro channel.Capillary flow is the main flow form in the capillary core of LHP.It is of great significance to study the capillary flow in the microchannel to optimize the performance of the wick.This paper introduces the theory and research status of the capillary flow of fluid in capillary,analysis of the capillary flow mechanism,experimental research methods,the effects of liquid in capillary capillary flow and mechanism of capillary porous medium capillary core flow law,the main work is as follows:1.This paper reviews the research progress of capillary flow and points out the shortcomings of the present research.This paper studies the theory and mechanism of capillary capillary flow,analyzes the entrance effect,dynamic contact angle,temperature and other factors on the capillary flow process.2.This paper carried out the research of single capillary flow experiment,In this paper,the capillary flow process of water and ethanol in capillary tubes in different directions is studied,and the capillary flow law and influencing factors are analyzed by MATLAB simulation.In this paper,the effects of capillary force,inertia force,viscous force and gravity on the capillary flow are analyzed.The capillary flow process of water and ethanol in capillary tube was analyzed,the variation law of water force and ethanol in capillary flow is analyzed to provide data support for optimizing the flow of capillary core and give some suggestions.3.In this paper,the experimental study of capillary flow with variable parameters is carried out,the capillary flow in capillary tubes at different temperatures was studied experimentally.The experimental study on the capillary flow in the direction of flow is studied;the capillary flow in a capillary tube with variable diameter is studied experimentally.This paper studied the ethanol capillary under different diameter capillary flow process,comparative analysis of ethanol in capillary diameter capillary flow law,provide data support for the design optimization of composite wick and the proposed guidance.
