Along with the development of science and technology and the demand of power industry,Now for the security and stability of power system reliability and stability put forward higher requirements,And a key component that guarantees the stable and reliable operation of the power system is a circuit breaker.The main parts of the circuit breaker are electrical contacts,In this paper,the main auxiliary contact system parts of SF6 was studied,The electric contact used in the current SF6 circuit breaker is composed of Cu Cr alloy with good electrical conductivity and Cu W alloy with good resistance to arc erosion,That is,the whole electric contact Cu W/Cu Cr,Mainly includes the dynamic arc contact and the static contact.The domestic and foreign research for electrical contact mainly focused on the preparation and physical properties,quite a few related for studies of contact materials,safety and reliability and long service life.This paper studies the dynamic and static contact is mainly responsible for opening and closing a circuit,To ensure the safety and stability of circuit system.Contact after repeated opening and closing,will wear under mechanical collision and hot intense arc erosion,The contact surface become uneven,the contact between not good contact,thus affecting the contact breaking performance.In order to improve the service life and reliability of the electric contact system,This paper presents thermal structure analysis of electrical contact simulated.The temperature variation,stress strain and deformation of the electric contact during the course of the fault circuit are studied,It has very high practical value and significance to study the service life and reliability of high voltage contact.This research mainly adopts of 3D drawing software Pro/e and finite element analysis software ANSYS/Workbench,simulation analysis the temperature,contact and collision of high voltage electrical contact materials,Pro/e drawing software is used to draw the whole model of Cu W/Cu Cr electric contact structure,Simulation analysis of dynamic and static contact temperature field by using ANSYS/Workbench analysis software.The temperature change of the static and dynamic contact is analyzed,Secondly,the impact of high voltage static contact in the process of the work is simulated,Different speed is applied to thecontact,The stress strain and deformation of the movable contact are analyzed,At last,the thermal structure of the high voltage contact is analyzed,the stress strain and deformation of the structure are studied.Finally,the stress strain and deformation of the high pressure contact in different conditions are obtained.Temperature field analysis,the highest temperature reached 4691.5 degrees,The highest melting point of W in the contact material is 3410 degrees,This temperature can cause serious erosion of the electric contact,The electrical contact can not be good contact,thus breaking the reliability reduce.The impact results show that the radial displacement of the moving contact is more and more large with the increase of the velocity,The equivalent stress and strain showed certain regularity in low speed,But with the increasing of the speed,the stress and strain change is not stable.Analysis of thermal contact coupling,the maximum radial displacement of the moving contact is 0.3655 mm,the maximum equivalent stress reached 339.1MPa,the maximum strain was 0.00149mm/mm.These results have certain significance for the reliability analysis of high voltage electrical contact and service life,And then provide certain theoretical research foundation for studying the service life of the circuit breaker.
